The situational leadership model was founded by Dr. Paul Hersey, leadership master and organizational behavior master around the world.

In 1969, Dr. Paul Hersey published Management and Organizational Behavior, a now classic work, which elaborated the Situational Leadership model. He offered new solutions to the ancient topic of leadership, so as to attract attention from western enterprise. At present, this book has been translated into 14 languages and has sold millions of copies.
In 1975, Dr. Paul Hersey founded the Center for Leadership Studies (CLS), and registered trademark of Situational Leadership. Millions of managers from more than 150 countries have accepted this training and apply this model. Situational Leadership has been the global choice of success management professionals. Situational Leadership focuses on efficiency and practical leadership skills.
